Relationship growth programs, operated end to end.

Four ways to work with us, from one gathering to a program that runs all year. In every one we do the same operational work: audience mapping and guest list development, the invitation and RSVP workflow, agenda and discussion guide, run of show, check-in, survey collection, host notes, and a relationship report with next actions by owner.

The event is the format. The relationship system is the product.

Start with the relationship you need to move.

Some clients need one high-trust gathering to prove the model. Others need a recurring relationship system across clients, referral partners, sponsors, advisors, or stakeholders. BiggerBite services are designed around the decision you need to make and the relationships you need to strengthen.

01

Relationship Growth Pilot

Best for: Proving the model with one priority audience.

Explore the Pilot

A focused first engagement built around one relationship goal, one audience, and one curated gathering. We help define the goal, shape the format, build the invite strategy, support the event, capture feedback, and deliver a relationship report with follow-up recommendations.

Use when

  • You want to test a new referral, sponsor, customer, or partner audience
  • You need a structured first event without building a full internal program
  • You want proof that relationship-building can produce useful signals and next steps
02

Connection Operating System

Best for: Recurring relationship-building.

Explore the Operating System

A managed rhythm of gatherings, reporting, and follow-up that keeps important clients, partners, referral sources, advisors, sponsors, or stakeholders engaged over time. This is for organizations that want relationship development to become an operating habit, not a one-off event.

Use when

  • You have multiple audiences that need consistent engagement
  • You want recurring dinners, roundtables, councils, or referral events
  • You need reporting and follow-up discipline after every gathering
03

Advisory Councils and Roundtables

Best for: Structured insight and trusted rooms.

Explore Councils and Roundtables

Curated groups that bring together customers, advisors, referral sources, clinicians, executives, partners, or industry stakeholders for recurring insight and relationship development. We help design the council, recruit the room, structure the conversations, manage the experience, and turn what is said into practical next steps.

Use when

  • You need market feedback from people you trust
  • You want to build loyalty with a strategic group
  • You want a room that creates insight, credibility, and follow-up opportunities
04

Connection Audit

Best for: Deciding where to start.

Explore the Audit

A diagnostic engagement to identify your highest-value relationship gaps, audiences, opportunities, and first event strategy. We review the relationships that matter, where momentum is missing, which audiences are worth gathering, and what format would create the most useful movement.

Use when

  • You know relationships matter but are not sure which audience to prioritize
  • Your events feel disconnected from business outcomes
  • You need a clearer relationship strategy before launching a program

The event is only one piece of the operating system.

A gathering creates the opportunity. The system around it creates the value. BiggerBite manages the work before, during, and after the event so the room does not depend on chance and the follow-up does not disappear when everyone gets busy.

Planning, notes, and follow-up are part of the work, not an afterthought.

Before the event

  • Relationship goal
  • Audience map
  • Guest list
  • Invite strategy
  • Host preparation

During the event

  • Guest experience
  • Check-in
  • Room flow
  • Conversation prompts
  • Live notes and signals

After the event

  • Feedback capture
  • Relationship report
  • Follow-up recommendations
  • Owner assignments
  • Next-step tracking

Every service includes the same relationship-operations core.

The format can change. The operating discipline should not. Whether we are running a private dinner, roundtable, advisory council, referral event, or conference side event, the same core system turns the gathering into something your team can act on.

What we actually manage, and what we leave alone.

Project management and operations

The event timeline, guest communications, RSVP tracking, the reminder workflow, host preparation, stakeholder coordination, the agenda and discussion guide, run of show, check-in, survey timing, report delivery, and follow-up tracking. Vendor and venue coordination can be scoped when you want us involved there. Venue, catering, travel, and production support are scoped as needed rather than assumed.

Sponsors and partners

We help identify sponsor and partner audiences, design gatherings that give a sponsor something worth showing up for, bring channel and implementation partners into useful conversations, capture partner interest and next steps, run conference-adjacent sponsor gatherings, and structure partner follow-up. We help create the conditions for stronger sponsor and partner conversations. We do not guarantee commitments, revenue, or closed deals.

Data and reporting

Who was invited, who responded, who attended, who engaged, what people said, what questions came up, what concerns surfaced, which feedback themes appeared, which referral, partner, sponsor, customer, or stakeholder opportunities showed up, who needs follow-up, who owns the next step, and what the next gathering should be. Attendance is not the outcome. It is one input. The value comes from what the room reveals and what the team does next.
