By accessing or using the BiggerBite website, platform pages, or event pages, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

BiggerBite provides relationship-operations services and the software used to deliver them, including gathering design, invitation operations, RSVP management, check-in, feedback capture, reporting, and follow-up support. See Services for an overview. Scope, fees, and commercial terms for an engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Platform access is granted by role and may be limited to specific gatherings. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under accounts you control or users you invite. Do not attempt to access data belonging to another account, probe or interfere with the service, or use automated means to extract content.

Event landing, invitation, RSVP, check-in, and survey pages are operated on behalf of a host organization. Details such as date, location, capacity, and format may change or be cancelled by the host. Submitting an RSVP or interest request is not a guarantee of admission, and hosts may verify or limit attendance.

Provide accurate information when submitting a form, RSVP, or survey. Clients are responsible for the lawfulness of guest information they supply, for having an appropriate basis to contact those guests, and for honoring opt-out requests. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.

Content on this website and materials produced through our services are for general informational and operational purposes only. BiggerBite does not provide medical, clinical, legal, financial, investment, tax, regulatory, reimbursement, fiduciary, attorney advertising, FDA, HIPAA, or compliance advice. Consult your own qualified advisors before acting on anything you read here.

BiggerBite does not guarantee revenue, referrals, clients, customers, sales, funding, adoption, investment outcomes, clinical outcomes, legal outcomes, or specific business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, participants, and follow-through.

BiggerBite retains all rights in its website, platform, templates, frameworks, methods, and materials. Clients retain rights in their own brand assets, content, and guest data. Except as permitted by a written agreement, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials.

The site and platform rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, and email delivery, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The website and platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiggerBite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the website or an engagement is limited to the amounts paid to BiggerBite for the engagement giving rise to the claim, or, where no fees were paid, to one hundred U.S. dollars.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date above reflects the latest revision.
