About BiggerBite
Built for the relationships that should not be left to chance.
BiggerBite was built around a simple belief: important relationships should not disappear into spreadsheets, one-off events, or memory. We help decide who should be in the room, why they should be there, what should happen during the gathering, and what should happen next. The right room can build trust and surface honest feedback, but only when the work around the room is designed well.
Most companies do not have a relationship problem. They have a follow-through problem.
The pattern repeats across healthcare, professional services, financial services, and growing technology companies. A team hosts a good dinner. People show up. The conversation is real. Then the notes live in one person's phone, the survey never goes out, and by the time anyone circles back the moment has cooled.
BiggerBite exists to close that gap. We treat a gathering as an operation with a start, a middle, and an end: guest list development and referral source mapping before the invitation goes out, run of show and host notes during the event, then check-in data, survey collection, feedback themes, and next actions by owner afterward.
The work is founder-led and hands-on. If you hire us, you are working with people who will read your guest list line by line and ask why each name is on it.
What BiggerBite is.
A human connection operations company
Our work is the operating layer around important relationships: who should be in the room, how they are invited, what happens during the gathering, and what gets done afterward.
Service-led and software-enabled
People do the thinking. Software carries the invitation and RSVP workflow, check-in, survey collection, and the relationship report. The software exists to make the service consistent, not to replace it.
Designers and operators of gatherings
We shape the guest list, write the run of show, brief the hosts, staff the room, capture host notes, and collect feedback while it is still fresh.
Accountable for follow-up
A program is not finished when the room clears. We deliver feedback themes, follow-up recommendations, and next actions by owner so the work continues.
What we are not.
- Not just event planners. Logistics matter, but the point is the relationship, the record, and the follow-up.
- Not a CRM replacement. Your CRM stays the system of record. We produce the notes and next actions that make it useful.
- Not a self-serve event app. Someone from BiggerBite is responsible for the program, not a signup form.
- Not an AI marketing platform. We do not blast lists, score strangers, or promise pipeline from software.

How we think about this work.
The right room beats the bigger room
Twelve well-chosen guests will do more for a relationship than two hundred name tags.
Follow-up is an operations problem
Good intentions after a dinner fail for the same reason unowned tasks fail. Someone has to own the next action, with a date.
Write it down while it is fresh
Host notes, check-in, and short surveys taken the same week are worth more than a recollection three weeks later.
Say what a gathering cannot do
We will not claim guaranteed referrals, revenue, partnerships, clients, or funding. We can promise a well-run room and an honest record of it.

Tell us the relationship you cannot afford to leave to chance. We'll propose the format, run it, and give you the report and the follow-up list.
