FAQS
Questions about BiggerBite relationship programs.
Answers to common questions about high-value gatherings, relationship reports, advisory roundtables, follow-up, and how BiggerBite works.
General
What does BiggerBite do?
BiggerBite helps high-trust organizations design and run relationship-building gatherings, then turn those gatherings into relationship intelligence, reports, follow-up plans, and measurable next actions.
Is BiggerBite an event planning company?
Not exactly. The event is the format. The relationship system is the product. BiggerBite manages the strategy, audience, invitation flow, gathering, feedback capture, reporting, and follow-up around high-value relationship events.
Is BiggerBite software or a service?
BiggerBite is service-led and software-enabled. We use a purpose-built operating layer to support event pages, RSVPs, guest lists, surveys, reports, and follow-up, but the core value is the managed relationship program.
What kinds of events does BiggerBite support?
Common formats include private dinners, referral events, advisory councils, roundtables, provider education sessions, customer conversations, executive salons, client appreciation events, and conference-adjacent gatherings.

What is the Connection Operating System?
A recurring managed rhythm of gatherings, reports, and follow-up that keeps important clients, partners, referral sources, advisors, or stakeholders engaged over time.
What are Advisory Councils & Roundtables?
Curated groups that bring together customers, advisors, referral sources, industry stakeholders, clinicians, executives, or partners for structured conversation, insight, and relationship development.
What is a Connection Audit?
A diagnostic engagement to identify your highest-value relationship gaps, priority audiences, gathering opportunities, and best first program.
Reports and Follow-Up
What is in the relationship report?
Reports can include attendance, RSVP data, survey responses, engagement signals, key themes, relationship notes, follow-up opportunities, recommended next actions, and suggested owners.
Why is the report important?
The report turns a gathering into an operating asset. It shows who engaged, what mattered, what opportunities surfaced, and what should happen next.
Do you handle follow-up?
BiggerBite can recommend follow-up actions, structure next steps, and help make owners visible. The exact follow-up workflow depends on the engagement.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
No. BiggerBite does not guarantee revenue, referrals, clients, sales, funding, adoption, or specific business results. We help create better relationship systems and clearer follow-up.
Platform
What does the BiggerBite platform do?
The platform supports branded event pages, guest lists, RSVP links, email messaging, check-in, surveys, reports, exports, follow-up tasks, relationship notes, and team access.
Is the platform self-serve SaaS?
Not currently. BiggerBite is primarily service-led and software-enabled. The platform supports BiggerBite-managed programs rather than replacing the service.
Is BiggerBite a CRM?
No. BiggerBite is not a CRM replacement. It can help capture relationship signals and follow-up from gatherings, but it is not intended to replace your core CRM or practice management systems.

Who is BiggerBite best for?

Getting Started
How do we start?
Many organizations start with a Relationship Growth Pilot. If the audience or relationship opportunity is unclear, a Connection Audit may be the better first step.
What do you need from us?
We usually need a relationship goal, target audience, rough guest list or audience category, preferred timing, internal owner, and any constraints around compliance, messaging, or follow-up.
How long does it take to plan a first event?
Timing depends on the audience, format, invite list, and complexity. A simple private gathering may move faster, while advisory councils, healthcare events, or regulated-industry programs may require more planning and review.
Can this become recurring?
Yes. A first event can become a recurring roundtable, advisory council, referral partner program, client appreciation rhythm, education series, or Connection Operating System.
